Gallery Nights
An internal platform held for Nike’s creative community to amplify Black, Brown, Native, Asian, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized voices in sport, culture, art, and entertainment. Held bimonthly, this employee lead program invite talent to engage in conversations to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a member of the second cohort, I had the opportunity to facilitate conversations for three programs. I also was apart of the small team tasks to build a design system that would give Gallery Nights distinction from other employee programs. As well as the redesign of the web experience that would house all previous content and had an optimal video experience that wouldn’t disrupt the user experience with the site.
