Nike Journal Launch

Launching in 2021, the Journal set out to tell human and product stories that either moved you emotionally or made you want to move physically. These articles also inspired readers by giving a behind the design look into the process of Nike creatives. As the digital designer I took the assets from the photo shoot and any other scans or drawings to tell the story on digital. I also proposed a visual organization to give the diverse content hierarchy on the landing page, giving the franchises distinction while also highlighting featured stories.

That proposal created an opportunity for me to reimagine the digital experience for the seasons Lookbook. The images from the shoot had consistent background color and tones, so I tried translating that in the digital experience by connecting the images in a grid and using the grid strategically to highlight specific products and image crops.
